Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS:  We do not accept returns.  If you have a problem with your order or purchase, please contact us and we will find a way to make it right.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  We sell many custom / personalized orders.  These take longer, but we will work with you to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for. If you can dream it, we can make it.

SHIPPING:  We will ship as soon as possible, using the cheapest delivery available at the time.  Custom orders require an additional creation time prior to shipping.  We will let you know prior to ordering what the expected procession / creation time will be.
